“强肾通督”针刺结合百笑灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

The observation on the effect of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with Baixiao moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation

目的评价"强肾通督"针刺结合百笑灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的2018年1月-2021年3月本院72例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表法分为2组, 每组36例。对照组采用腰椎神经根阻滞术联合牵引治疗, 观察组采用"强肾通督"针刺结合百笑灸治疗。2组均治疗2周。分别于治疗前后进行中医症状评分, 采用VAS量表评估腰痛程度, 日本骨科学会系统评分(JOA)评估生理功能恢复情况, Oswestry功能障碍评分(ODI)评估肢体活动能力, SF-36健康状况调查简表评估生活质量。结果观察组治疗后腰膝酸痛、精神不振、畏寒怕冷、四肢发凉评分低于对照组(t值分别为7.29、2.75、6.70、3.33, P<0.01或P<0.05), VAS、ODI评分低于对照组(t值分别为2.11、6.26, P<0.05或P<0.01), JOA评分高于对照组(t=4.39, P<0.01), SF-36健康状况调查简表中生理职能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能评分高于对照组(t值分别为4.74、4.59、5.93、5.42、4.68、4.04、4.73、5.68, P值均<0.001)。结论 "强肾通督"针刺结合百笑灸可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰痛症状, 改善腰椎功能, 提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with Baixiao moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the department were enrolled between January 2018 and March 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and control group,36 in each group.The control group was treated with the routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with Baixiao moxibustion.The changes in scores of TCM symptoms,pain remission,Japanese Orthopedic Association(J0A),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and quality of life before and after treatment in both groups were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,scores of all TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t values were 7.29,2.75,6.70,3.33,P<0.01 or P<0.05),score of visual analogue scale was significantly lower than that in the control group(t values were 2.11,6.26,P<0.05 or P<0.01),scores of]0A and quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=4.39,P<0.01),and ODI score was significantly lower than that in the control group(t values were 4.74,4.59,5.93,5.42,4.68,4.04,4.73,5.68,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of Qiangshen Tongdu acupuncture combined with Baixiao moxibustion can relieve pain,improve clinical symptoms,lumbar function and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
