丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸正丁酯共聚水凝胶性能研究

摘要 通过自由基溶液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸(PAA)水凝胶和5种不同甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)用量的共聚水凝胶P(AA-co-BMA)。通过红外光谱、示差扫描量热分析和热重分析、溶胀性能测试以及扫描电镜研究了BMA用量对水凝胶的化学结构、热稳定性、吸水溶胀性、pH溶胀行及溶胀态形貌的影响。结果表明,BMA的质量分数为1%时对水凝胶的热稳定性影响很小。与PAA相比,P(AA-co-BMA)水凝胶的吸水溶胀性显著降低,但其pH敏感性大幅提高,这与其多层次复合孔结构及适量疏水单体BMA的引入有关。 The polyacrylic acid(PAA) hydrogels and five kinds of copolymerized hydrogels P(AA-co-BMA) with different amounts of n-butyl methacrylate(BMA) were prepared by free radical solution polymerization. The effects of BMA dosage on the chemical structure,thermal stability, water swelling property, pH swelling behavior and swollen morphology of hydrogels were studied by infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry analysis and thermogravimetric analysis, swelling performance test and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the 1 % mass fraction of BMA had little effect on the thermal stability of the hydrogel. Compared with PAA, P(AA-co-BMA) hydrogel had significantly lower water swellability, but its pH sensitivity was greatly improved, which was related to its multi-layered composite pore structure and the introduction of appropriate amount of hydrophobic monomer BMA.
