摘要
采用双向拉伸工艺制备了国产高强型膨化聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)密封材料,按照宇航材料标准SAE AMS3255(B)对2种典型厚度规格开展全面性能测试,并与相应的国外成熟材料进行对比。结果表明,2种厚度规格(0.5 mm和1.5 mm)国产高强型膨化聚四氟乙烯密封材料满足SAE AMS3255(B)2类2型的要求,本体拉伸强度分别为13.3 MPa和13.9 MPa,超过国际标准规定的9.0 MPa,但略低于相应的国外成熟材料。从微观形貌可知国产膨化聚四氟乙烯密封材料的膨化程度与国外成熟材料相当。国产高强型膨化聚四氟乙烯密封材料已满足民用飞机的装机要求,有望取代相应的国外成熟密封材料应用于民用飞机上。
Domestic high strength expanded polytetrafluoroethylene(e-PTFE)is developed independently by a bi-axial tension process.Comprehensive performance tests of two typical thickness specifications were carried out according to the aerospace material standard SAE AMS3255(B),and compared with the corresponding foreign mature materials.The results showed that the two kinds of thickness specifications(0.5 mm and 1.5 mm)of domestic high-strength expanded e-PTFE sealing materials met the requirements of SAE AMS3255(B)type 2.The tensile strength of the bulk was 13.3 MPa and 13.9 MPa,respectively,which exceeded the 9.0 MPa specified in the international standard,but slightly lower than the corresponding foreign mature materials.It can be seen from the microscopic morphology that the expansion degree of domestic e-PTFE sealing material is similar to that of foreign mature materials.Domestic high strength e-PTFE sealing materials have met the installation requirements of civil aircraft and are expected to replace the corresponding foreign mature sealing materials for civil aircraft.
