摘要
叙述了聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)水性涂料改性的专利技术研究,介绍了PVDC乳液改性、PVDC水性涂料改性、施工工艺及施工性能的专利技术研究,指出PVDC乳液改性研究包括物理改性和化学改性,PVDC水性涂料改性包括提高性能和特殊性能涂料的研究。分析表明,PVDC水性涂料是近年兴起的一类单组分水性防腐涂料,具有高固低黏、成膜温度低、阻燃、水气阻隔性能突出等性能,在很多领域都有其广泛的应用。认为PVDC水性涂料目前还存在耐热性差、贮存稳定性差、不适合做浅色涂料等问题,建议相关领域的从业人员,从PVDC乳液改性中着手研究;与其它配套涂料存在层间附着力差等问题,建议从PVDC水性涂料改性着手研究,以满足产品市场上的需求。
Reviewed the patent technology research on modification of PVDC waterborne coatings and introduced the patent technology research of PVDC emulsion modification,PVDC water-based coating modification,construction process and construction performance.It was pointed out that the modification of PVDC emulsion included physical modification and chemical modification,and the modification of PVDC waterborne coatings included the research on improving performance and special performance coatings.The analysis shows that PVDC waterborne coating is a kind of one-component waterborne anticorrosive coating that has emerged in recent years.It has high solid and low viscosity,low film forming temperature,outstanding flame retardant and water-gas barrier properties,and has been widely used in many fields.It is considered that PVDC waterborne coatings still have problems such as poor heat resistance,poor storage stability,and are not suitable for light color coatings.It is suggested that practitioners in related fields should start research from PVDC emulsion modification.There are problems such as poor interlayer adhesion with other matching coatings.It is suggested that the modification of PVDC waterborne coatings should be studied to meet the needs of the product market.
