针对PTFE生产行业内单体储槽微量氧及微量水手工分析的情况,进行了在线分析的技术改造。介绍了改造方案及实施方法。实际运行结果表明,在线分析结果与手工分析几乎一致,完全可以取代人工分析,提高了劳动生产效率,并消除了人员进入甲级防爆区的安全风险。

According to the manual analysis of trace oxygen and trace moisture in monomer storage tank of PTFE production industry,the technical transformation of online analysis was carried out.The reconstruction scheme and implementation method are introduced.The actual operation results show that the online analysis results are almost consistent with manual analysis,which can completely replace manual analysis,improve labor production efficiency and eliminate the safety risk of personnel entering Class A explosion-proof area.
