基于缩短法的纯电动汽车续驶里程电能特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 GB/T 18386.1-2021《电动汽车能量消耗量和续驶里程试验方法第1部分:轻型汽车》规定续驶里程不超过8个CLTC试验循环里程的车辆,采用常规工况法(连续法)进行测试,续驶里程超过8个CLTC试验循环里程的车辆采用缩短法进行测试。缩短法测试规定试验循环段DS_(2)段结束后REESS的剩余能量不超过REESS能量E_(REESS.STP)的10%。基于缩短法测试方法,对基于电能估计的电动汽车续航测试曲线确定方法进行研究,从而形成系统完整的缩短法测试流程。 The test method for energy consumption and driving range of electric vehicles GB/T 18386.1-2021 stipulates that vehicles with driving range less than 8 CLTC test cycle mileage shall be tested by conventional mode method(continuous method),and vehicles with driving range exceeding 8 CLTC test cycle mileage shall be tested by shortening method.It is stipulated that the residual energy of REESS should not exceed 10% of EREESS.STP(the energy of REESS)after DS2 section of test cycle is completed.Based on the shortening method,this paper studies the determination method of electric vehicle endurance test curve based on electric energy estimation,so as to form a complete test process of shortening method.
