摘要
针对某发动机台架耐久试验因VVT相位偏差引发报故障码问题,解析发动机后排查发现均为OCV阀进油口处的滤网断裂问题引起的正时相位偏差。运用质量问题解决工具,鱼骨刺图原因梳理并按照8D解析步骤,从发动机的边界、零部件的结构分析、材料选择、成型工艺及装配过程等多方面进行了分析,最终确认了滤网断裂的原因点,并制定了相应的优化方案和解决措施。
In view of the fault code problem caused by VVT phase deviation in the bench endurance test of an engine, the timing phase deviation was found to be caused by the fracture of the filter screen at the OCV valve inlet. By using quality problem solving tools and fish bone spur diagram, in accordance with8D analytical steps, analysis was carried out from the aspects of the engine boundary, structure of parts,material selection, molding process and assembly process, etc., the cause of filter screen fracture was finally confirmed, and the corresponding optimization scheme and solutions were formulated.
