基于中国专利数据库的少弱精子症用药规律挖掘

Mining of Medication Rules for Oligoasthenozoospermia Based on theChinese Patent Database

目的 基于“中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)”,解析中国专利数据库(CPD)医治少弱精子症的处方特点与规律。方法 检索CPD医治少弱精子症的处方,运用“中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)”中的关联规则及熵聚类等方法,探究药物组合、配伍规律及新方分析等。结果 本研究共纳入处方74首,其中应用频次最高的中药包括菟丝子、枸杞子、淫羊藿等;得出药物组合6个、配伍规律5种、新方组合9首。结论 CPD医治少弱精子症的处方多以“补益脾肾,疏肝活血”为主,并随症加减。

Objective Toanalyze the prescription characteristics and rules in the Chinese Patent Database(CPD)for the treatment of oligoasthenospermia based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Methods Prescriptionsfor treating oligoasthenozoospermiain the CPD were searched, and association rule analysis and entropy clustering method in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)were used to explore drug combinations, combination rules and new prescriptions.Results A total of 74 prescriptions were included in this study.Among them, Chinese medicines Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Lyciiand Herba Epimedii were most frequently used.Six drug combinations, 5 combination rules, and 9 new prescription combinations were obtained.Conclusion Prescriptions for treating oligoasthenozoospermia in the CPD focus on tonifying and replenishing the spleen and kidney, soothing the liver and activating blood, which were modifiedbased on syndromes.
