中医古籍关于耳部形态望诊认识浅析

Discussion on the inspection theory of the morphological characteristics of ear in recordation antique Chinese medicine books

文章通过梳理古代文献中关于耳部形态望诊的相关记载,指出古籍中传统中医耳部形态望诊不仅注重通过望诊观察耳部大小、薄厚、宽窄程度等整体形态特征,还重视对耳垂、耳轮、耳门等耳局部形态特征的观望。文章在前述对古籍文献的整理基础上,以整体观念为指导,通过归纳耳部形态望诊在疾病诊察、体质辨识方面的应用,结合当前对耳部形态望诊的研究进展,探讨其应用价值,以期丰富和发展中医望诊理论,为未来中医智能诊断研究提供依据。

In this study,we sorted out the inspection of morphological characteristics of ear in recordation antique Chinese medicine books.By results,we pointed out that ear morphological inspection has not only payed attention to the overall morphological features such as the size,thickness,width and narrowness of the ear,but also focued on the local morphological features such as earlobe,helix and tragus.Based on the holistic concept and current research progress,we dicussed the application value of the inspection of morphological characteristics of ear by concluding its application in diagnosing disease,differentiating constitution.In this study,we aimed to provide reference for enriching and developing Chinese medicine inspection theory,as well as giving ideas and basis for future intelligent diagnosis research of Chinese medicine.
