古琴音乐疗法疗愈机制的中医心身医学探析

Analysis on the healing mechanism of Guqin music therapy in traditional Chinese psychosomatic medicine

古琴音乐疗法通过聆听或弹奏古琴音乐来调整情志,改善心身状态,以达到保健与治疗目的。从音乐心理治疗学和养生康复学角度考察,因其富于中国传统文化特色,可以视为中医心身医疗体系中的一部分。中医学在治疗与养生上所强调的“调神”“调气”以及“移精变气”等原则,也是古琴音乐疗法的主要疗愈原理所在。近20年来古琴音乐疗法的临床研究显示,古琴音乐可以影响人的心理状态,抒解负面情绪,改善睡眠质量与生活质量,从而调节心身。文章通过对古今研究文献的考察,从中医心身医学的立场出发,着重就古琴音乐疗法的疗愈原理加以探析。

Guqin music therapy,as known as listening to or playing Guqin music,can achieve health care and treatment purposes by adjust the mood,improve the mental and physical state.From the perspective of music psychotherapy and health rehabilitation.Since it is rich in traditional Chinese cultural characteristics,it can be regarded as a part of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)psychosomatic medical system.The principles of‘toning the spirit’,‘adjusting the qi’and‘transferring the essence and changing the qi’emphasized in the treatment and health care of traditional Chinese medicine are also the main healing principles of Guqin music therapy.Clinical research on Guqin music therapy in the past 20 years has shown that Guqin music can affect psychological state,express negative emotions and improve quality of sleep and life,then harmonize the mind and body.Through the investigation of ancient and modern research literature,this paper focuses on the healing principle of Guqin music therapy from the perspective of psychosomatic medicine of TCM.
