基于胃强脾弱论治糖尿病经验

Experience in treating diabetes based on stomach preponderance and spleen weakness

糖尿病是中医优势病种。赵进喜教授基于经典所论,学习古今医家对糖尿病病机的认识,认为胃强脾弱是其发病过程中重要病理环节之一,分为胃热盛、脾阴虚及胃热盛、脾气虚两类,分别常见于阳明胃热阴虚体质及太阴脾虚体质。赵进喜教授主张在辨体质、辨病、辨证“三位一体”诊疗模式的基础上,以清解胃热滋补脾阴及清解胃热健脾益气为主要治法,用自拟经验方加味麻子仁丸及加味芩连平胃散治疗糖尿病而见胃强脾弱者,根据患者证候做适当加减,临床疗效显著。

Diabetes is the dominant disease of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor ZHAO Jin-xi based on the classic theory,studied the ancient and modern doctors’understanding of the pathogenesis of diabetes.He thought that the stomach preponderance and spleen weakness was an important pathological link in the pathogenesis of diabetes.It could be divided into stomach heat,spleen yin deficiency and stomach heat,spleen qi deficiency,which is common in Yangming stomach heat yin deficiency constitution and Taiyin spleen deficiency constitution.Professor ZHAO Jin-xi advocated that on the basis of the trinity of constitution,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the main treatment was clearing stomach heat,nourishing spleen yin and clearing stomach heat,strengthening spleen and qi.The self-made experience prescription modifiled Maziren Pill and modifiled Qinlian Pingwei Powder were used to treat diabetes mellitus patients with stomach preponderance and spleen weakness and the clinical effect is remarkable.
