范永升诊治系统性红斑狼疮心脏受累学术经验探析

Analysis of FAN Yong-sheng’s academic experience in diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with cardiac involvement

文章通过整理医案,从病因病机、辨病辨证、治法治则、选方用药等方面出发,总结范永升教授诊治系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)心脏受累学术经验,并列举经典医案加以佐证。范教授认为SLE心脏受累病位在心,与脾肾肺三脏密切相关,以心阳不振、脾肾亏虚为本,痰饮、水湿、瘀血等病理产物为标,本虚标实,虚实夹杂,临床表现多样,变化迅速,病情凶险。范教授认为中西医结合诊疗本病较为合适。范教授中西医结合诊治SLE心脏受累的方法和经验为临床诊治本病提供了有益参考,其学术经验值得推广应用。

This paper comprehensively summarizes professor FAN Yong-sheng’s academic experience of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)with cardiac involvement in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease from the aspects of medicine etiology and pathogenesis,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,treatment principles and methods by sorting out medical records,and cited classic medical cases to support.Professor FAN believes that SLE with cardiac involvement is closely related to the spleen,kidney and lung.It is characterized by insufficiency of heart yang,deficiency of spleen and kidney,and pathological products such as phlegm,water dampness blood stasis and so on,with the characteristic as follow:manifestation excess and root cause deficiency;the deficiency is mixed with excess;the clinical manifestation is diverse;the change is rapid;and the disease is dangerous.Professor FAN believes that integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more appropriate for the treatment of this disease.Professor FAN’s methods and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of SLE with cardia involvement with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine provide a useful reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and his academic experience is worth popularizing and applying.
