This paper summarizes the experience of professor ZHANG Qin in treating spontaneous recurrent abortion caused by immune factors.Professor ZHANG Qin treated the disease mainly using the method of three types and two phases:the three types are hyperimmune type,immunocompromised type and immune disorder type;Two phases are pre-pregnancy and latepregnancy.For the three types,three methods are adopted respectively,including the method of supplementing the kidney,cooling blood and quickening blood,the method of supplementing the kidney and fortifying the spleen and boosting qi,and the method of supplementing the kidney and fortifying the spleen and quickening blood.Two phases are the pre-pregnancy adjustment period and the post-pregnancy maintenance period,and if necessary,combined with western medicine treatment.In clinical practice,professor ZHANG often uses Congrong Tusizi Pills and Siwu Decoction as the basic formula,and then adds and subtracts the prescription according to the specific immune type and combined with TCM cycle therapy.This method expands the clinical idea of treating the disease and increases the clinical efficacy.
