药签研究

Review of the research on Yaoqian

药签是为患病者求方设置的“处方”签占。关于药签的研究从国外发端然后国内兴起,目前研究仍然十分有限。现有研究主要集中于药签的起源、形式与种类、签方的用药特点与应用及疗效、签方的来源、药签的现代价值等方面内容的探讨。药签的资料性、地方性、心理性等特征都有一定的研究价值,药签签方符合中医药理论,而且味少剂轻、简便易行、颇有效验,具有一定治疗功能,这对于现代医疗模式创新有一定启示意义。考察这一民间疗法所映射出的民众的生死观、疾病观以及医疗观,都是中医药文化研究的重要内容。

Yaoqian is the‘prescription’smart notes for patients seeking prescriptions.The research on Yaoqians originated from abroad and then rose in China.At present,it is still very limited.The existing research mainly focuses on the origin,form and type of the Yaoqian,the‘prescription’use characteristics,application and curative effect of the‘prescription’,the source of the‘prescription’,the modern value of the Yaoqian and so on.The informative,local,psychological and other characteristics of the Yaoqian have certain research value.The Yaoqian is in line with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and has a certain therapeutic function,which has certain enlightenment significance for the innovation of modern medical model.Investigating the people’s views on life and death,disease and medical treatment reflected by this folk therapy are important contents of the study of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
