多学科协助集束化护理模式在全甲状腺切除术患者中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Cluster Nursing Mode in Patients with Total Thyroidectomy

目的:探讨多学科协助集束化护理模式在全甲状腺切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月1日~6月30日80例全甲状腺切除术患者随机分为常规组和多学科组各40例,常规组给予常规全甲状腺切除护理模式,多学科组在此基础上开展多学科协助集束化护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组住院时间、住院费用、引流管留置时间、满意度评分及术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多学科组术后疾病认知情况优于常规组(P<0.05),干预后中译版全甲状腺切除患者用40项目评分简表(QoR-40)评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:多学科协作集束化护理模式可提升全甲状腺切除术患者认知水平,改善身心状态,有利于疼痛控制与快速康复,节省医疗费用。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing mode with multidisciplinary cooperation in patients with total thyroidectomy.Methods:80 patients with total thyroidectomy were selected during February 1 to June 30,2020 and were divided into the routine group and the multidisciplinary group with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing with total thyroidectomy and the multidisciplinary group was given cluster nursing mode with multidisciplinary cooperation on the above basis.Comparisun was made between the two groups on the nursing effect.Results:There were significant differences in hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,drainage tube retention time,satisfaction scores and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperative disease cognition in the multidisciplinary group was better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of postoperative QoR-40 in the multidisciplinary group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary collaborative cluster nursing mode in patients with total thyroidectomy can improve their cognitive level,improve their physical and mental state,benefit pain control and rapid recovery,and save medical expenses.
