耳穴贴压配合中医护理用于糖尿病肾病患者接受血液透析期间的价值

The value of auricular plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨耳穴贴压配合中医护理在糖尿病肾病患者接受血液透析期间的价值。方法选取2020年1~12月在枣庄市峄城区人民医院接受血液透析的82例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。41例对照组患者采用常规护理,41例观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用耳穴贴压配合中医护理。比较2组患者的临床指标、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果干预2周及1个月后,2组的舒张压、收缩压、血尿氮素和血清肌酐水平均低于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05);干预1个月后,2组的舒张压、收缩压、血尿氮素和血清肌酐水平均低于同组干预2周后(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,2组的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系和环境领域评分均高于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者在接受血液透析期间采用耳穴贴压配合中医护理,有助于控制其血压水平,改善其肾功能,减少并发症发生,提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the value of auricular plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy on hemodialysis.Methods From January to December 2020,82 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent hemodialysis at Zaozhuang Yicheng District People’s Hospital were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The 41 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the 41 patients in the observation group received auricular plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The clinical indicators,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks and 1 month of intervention,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine in the two groups were lower than those after 2 weeks of intervention(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the scores of physical domain,psychological domain,social relationship,and environmental domain in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(all P<0,05).Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with diabetic nephropathy during hemodialysis is helpful to control their blood pressure,improve their renal function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their quality of life.
