预警评分护理模式对重症肺炎患儿的应用价值

Effect of early warning scoring nursing model on children with severe pneumonia

目的探讨儿童重症肺炎护理期间应用预警评分护理模式对其并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2020年1~12月华中科技大学协和深圳医院收治的87例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和观察组(43例)。对照组患儿于护理期间采用常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理措施的基础上采用预警评分护理模式。比较2组患儿的临床症状消失时间、并发症发生率及儿童早期预警评分。结果观察组气促、咳嗽和发热的临床症状消失时间均早于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,2组间心血管系统、精神意识行为和呼吸状态评分的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理2周后,2组患儿的心血管系统、精神意识行为和呼吸状态评分均较同组护理前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组的心血管系统、精神意识行为和呼吸状态评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患儿在护理期间采用预警评分护理模式可以改善其临床症状,降低并发症发生率,且对其心血管系统、精神意识行为和呼吸状态均具有改善作用。

Objective To explore the effect of early warning scoring nursing model on the incidence of complications during the nursing of children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of87 children with severe pneumonia who were admitted to Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group used routine nursing during nursing,and the observation group used early warning scoring nursing model based on the routine nursing measures.The clinical symptom disappearance time,incidence of complications,and pediatric early warning scores were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom disappearance time of shortness of breath,cough,and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of cardiovascular system,consciousness,and respiratory status between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of cardiovascular system,consciousness,and respiratory status in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the scores of cardiovascular system,consciousness,and respiratory status in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The early warning scoring nursing model for the nursing of children with severe pneumonia can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the cardiovascular system,consciousness,and respiratory status of children.
