师生关系对小学随班就读学生学校适应的影响 被引量:4

Impact of the Teacher-student Relationship on School Adaptation of Students with Special Needs in Inclusive Classroom of Elementary School

摘要 为考察小学随班就读学生学校适应状况,以120名随班就读学生为被试,采用学校适应能力量表、师生关系教师评定量表进行调查.结果发现:小学随班就读学生师生关系总体较好,学校适应整体存在一定问题;小学随班就读学生的师生关系与其学校适应显著相关,高亲密性的师生关系能在一定程度上预测小学随班就读学生良好的学校适应,高冲突性的师生关系能在一定程度上预测小学随班就读学生不良的学校适应. In order to observe the school adaptation of students with special needs in inclusive classroom of elementary school,120 students in inclusive classroom were investigated using the School Adaptation Ability Scale and Teacher-student Relationship Rating Scale.The results show that the teacher-student relationship of students with special needs in inclusive classroom is generally good,but there are some problems in their school adaptation.There is a significant correlation between the teacher-student relationship and their school adaptation.To a certain extent,the teacher-student relationship with high intimacy can predict the good school adaptation of students with special needs in inclusive classroom,while the teacher-student relationship with high conflict can predict the bad school adaptation.
