基于GNSS定位技术的静压桩桩机智能引导控制系统研究

摘要 基于GNSS定位技术研发静压桩桩机智能引导控制系统,详细介绍了该系统的组成、基本原理和操作流程。基于现场试验,从静压桩施工精度、施工效率和人工成本方面对比分析了传统全站仪定位方法和智能引导控制系统的施工效果。研究表明,采用基于GNSS定位技术的静压桩桩机智能引导控制系统,能显著提高静压桩的施工定位精度,有效提升施工效率,节省人工成本。研究成果可为相关工程提供借鉴,具有重要的工程实践价值。 The intelligent localization control system for static pile driver is developed based on GNSS,the components,basic principles,and operation procedure of which are depicted in detail.According to the field tests,comparing with traditional positioning technology through total station,the construction effects of the intelligent localization control system are analyzed in terms of construction accuracy,efficiency,and labor cost.Results show that,applying the intelligent localization control system for static pile driver,the accuracy and efficiency of static pressure pile construction could be improved effectively,with lower personnel costs.The research results could provide references for related projects,which has important engineering practice value.
