基于驾驶模式划分的氢燃料电池汽车能量管理策略 被引量:1

摘要 氢燃料电池汽车的能量管理策略已成为确保满足整车动态响应要求、提升整车经济性的一项重要技术。在汽车实际运行中,不利的工作条件会使氢燃料电池的循环寿命急剧减少。针对影响氢燃料电池使用寿命的启停、怠速、大幅度变载和过载4种不利工作条件,依据汽车运行的速度和加速度将中国乘用车典型工况分为6种驾驶模式,在不同驾驶模式下对模糊控制输出的氢燃料电池需求功率进行限制;并通过多岛遗传算法对基于经验制定的驾驶模式划分标准进行优化,以达到降低氢气消耗的目的。在Cruise平台将基于模糊控制和基于驾驶模式划分的能量管理策略进行对比,验证了基于驾驶模式划分的能量管理策略可以有效减少氢燃料电池运行于不利工作条件的时间;在Isight平台使用多岛遗传算法对基于驾驶模式划分的能量管理策略进行优化,降低了氢气的消耗量。 The energy management strategy of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle has become a key technology to ensure the dynamic performance and improve the economy of the vehicle.In the actual operation of the vehicle, unfavorable working conditions will drastically reduce the cycle life of the hydrogen fuel cell.Considering the four unfavorable working conditions of start and stop, idling, large-scale load change and overload that affect the service life of hydrogen fuel cell, the typical working conditions of Chinese passenger cars were divided into six driving modes according to the speed and acceleration of the vehicle.The demand power of hydrogen fuel cell output by fuzzy control was limited under different driving modes;and the driving mode division standard based on experience was optimized through the multi-island genetic algorithm to reduce hydrogen consumption.On the Cruise platform, the energy management strategies based on fuzzy control and driving mode division were compared, and it was verified that energy management strategy based on driving mode division can effectively reduce the time of hydrogen fuel cell operation under unfavorable working conditions;the multi-island genetic algorithm was used on the Isight platform to optimize the energy management strategy based on driving mode division, which reduces the consumption of hydrogen.
