汽车连杆生产线多机种兼容控制

摘要 为了满足汽车连杆柔性生产的需求,提出了一种多机种兼容控制策略。以汽车连杆生产线中某一加工工序单元为例,介绍了汽车连杆生产线的布局,设计了控制系统构架,论述了采用执行器位置传感器配合气缸进行机种检测的原因,编写了实现多机种兼容控制功能的PLC程序。使用三菱GX Works2软件和GT Designer3软件开发了汽车连杆生产线人机交互界面,实现了汽车连杆生产线兼容生产不同机种的功能。客户现场使用效果表明,多机种兼容控制策略可以准确、快速地识别机种,生产节拍和产品产量均达到了客户的设计要求。 In order to meet the requirements of automobile connecting rod flexible production, a multi-variety compatible control strategy was put forward.Taking a processing unit as an example, the layout of production line was introduced and the structure of control system was designed.The reason of adopting actuator position sensor and cylinder to detect parts was discussed. The PLC control program to realize multi-variety compatible production was written.The human-computer interaction interface of automobile connecting rod production line was developed by MELSOFT GX Works2 and MELSOFT GT Designer3 software. The function of multi-variety compatible production was realized.The results show that the control strategy can accurately and quickly identify the different parts.The takt time and productivity can meet the design requirements of the customer′s production line.
