摘要
以C公司智能音箱生产线为研究对象,基于Flexsim仿真软件建立生产线仿真模型,发现瓶颈工位并综合使用“5W1H”提问分析和ECRS原则进行分析改进;探究通过生产线工作站数目调整、合理分配作业单元的方式提升生产线平衡率,设计目标函数及以生产优先矩阵为约束条件的数学模型,采用双种群遗传算法对数学模型进行求解并确定最优工作站数目。结果表明,运用Flexsim仿真软件与遗传算法相结合的方法,可以提升生产线平衡率,降低、平衡生产线负荷,提高生产效率,是一种效果显著的分析方法。
Based on Flexsim simulation software, the simulation model of the production line is established, the bottleneck station is found and the “5 W1 H” question analysis and ECRS principle are used to analyze and improve;explore ways to improve the overall balance rate of the production line by adjusting the number of production line stations and rationally allocating work units, designing the target function and the mathematical model with the production priority matrix as the constraint, solving the mathematical model by using the dual population genetic algorithm and determining the optimal number of stations. The results show that combining Flexsim simulation software with genetic algorithm can improve the balance rate of production line, reduce the load of production line and improve production efficiency.
