南水北调长沟泵站盘柜及线缆整理探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Panel Cabinet and Cable Arrangement in Changgou Pump Station of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

为促进我国南北方的经济、社会与人口、资源、环境等各项协调发展,国家建设了改变我国南涝北旱、北方区域水资源极其缺少局面的重大国家战略性工程——南水北调工程。其中泵站工程在协调南北水资源中发挥了重要作用。文章分析了长沟泵站枢纽工程存在的主要问题,提出了开展盘柜及线缆整理的必要性和线缆整理施工技术要求,保障了运维人员的人身安全,满足了南水北调工程管理标准化、规范化、精细化要求。可在东、中线一期工程中推广实施。

The state has built the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which is a major national strategic project to change the situation of waterlogging in the south and drought in the north as well as the extreme lack of water resources in the north in order to promote the coordinated development of economy,society,population,resources,environment and other aspects in the south and north of China.Wherein,the pump station project plays an important role in coordinating water resources between north and south.The main problems in Changgou Pump Station Key Project are analyzed in the paper.The necessity of panel cabinet and cable arrangement as well as the technical requirements of cable arrangement construction are proposed so as to ensure the personal safety of operation and maintenance personnel and meet the requirements of standardization,planning and fine management of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.It can be popularized and implemented in the first phase project of east and middle lines.
