永定河涿州廊坊段生态补水水量分析

Analysis on Ecological Water Supply Amount in Zhuozhou Langfang Section of Yongding River

永定河是横跨内蒙古、京、津、冀、晋地区的生态大动脉。文章结合永定河涿州廊坊段综合治理与生态修复项目实施案例,计算分析了涿州廊坊段生态补水来源途径及水量,提出了生态补水保障方案,通过“水净、水清、水美”三步曲,统筹了水系连通、河道清障、清淤疏浚、岸坡整治、水源涵养与水土保持、河湖管护等多项水利措施,实现了治水美村,生态富民,乡村振兴,恢复了永定河是幸福河的自然属性。

Yongding River is an ecological artery spanning Inner Mongolia,Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Shanxi.The source path and water amount of ecological water supply in Zhuozhou Langfang Section are calculated and analyzed in the paper based on the implementation case of comprehensive treatment and ecological restoration project in Zhuozhou Langfang Section of Yongding River.The ecological water supply guarantee scheme is proposed.A number of water conservancy measures are coordinated,such as water system connectivity,river barrier removal,dredging,bank slope regulation,water conservation,soil and water conservation,river and lake management and protection,etc.through three steps of‘water purification,water cleaning and water beautifying’,thereby realizing water control and village beautifying,ecological prosperity and rural revitalization.The natural attribute of Yongding River as a happy river is restored.
