摘要 目的新型电加热潜水服是目前潜水员抵抗寒冷、提高水下作业工效的有效防护装备,其电加热性能的核心在于加热片材料电能向热能的转化,因而选取适合潜水服用的电加热片材料是研制新型电加热潜水服的关键。方法本文以潜水服为应用背景,针对目前常见的碳纤维材料、石墨烯材料、碳纳米管材料进行实验研究,在物理特性、加热速度、水洗性能和能耗等四个方面对比三种加热片材料的性能优劣。结果实验结果证明碳纳米管材料较其他两种加热片材料在物理特性、加热速率、水洗性能以及能耗方面的优势更加突出。结论碳纳米管材料是新型电加热潜水服加热材料的理想选材。 Objective New type of electric heating diving suits are effective protective gear for divers to resist cold and improve their working efficiency underwater.The core of the electric heating performance lies in the energy conversion of heating material from electrical energy to thermal energy..Therefore,selection of diving electric heating material suitable is the key to the development of new type electric heating diving suit.Methods In this paper,carbon fiber materials,graphene materials,carbon nanotubes materials were tested in the experimental research.These three heating sheet material performances were compared and analyzed from the perspective of physical characteristics,heating speed,washing performance and energy consumption.Results The experimental results show that carbon nanotubes have more outstanding advantages in physical characteristics,heating rate,washing performance and energy consumption than the other two materials.Conclusion Carbon nanotubes are ideal materials for the new electric heating wetsuit.
