奥美拉唑的药学药理与临床应用研究

Pharmacology and clinical application of omeprazole

目的:开展对奥美拉唑的药学药理与临床应用研究。方法:研究对象的选择为自2019年6月期间到2020年5月期间因慢性胃炎于本院接受治疗的患者共计100例,在分组时按照数字化随机分组的方式,分成两个组别,分别给予不同的药物治疗干预措施。观察组在进行治疗时,则采用奥美拉唑,对照组采取雷宁替丁进行干预治疗。结果:通过对两组患者进行干预治疗后,服用奥美拉唑的患者从并发症、疗效、溃疡愈合时间等,均优于对照组的研究对象。结论:将奥美拉唑应用到具有结核病伴有慢性胃炎治疗中治疗效果十分明显,十分值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To carry out the research on the pharmacology and clinical application of omeprazole.Methods:The research subjects were selected from a total of 100 patients who were treated in our hospital for chronic gastritis from June 2019 to May 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the method of digital randomization during grouping.Give different pharmacotherapy interventions.The observation group was treated with omeprazole,and the control group was treated with ranintidine.Results:After the intervention of the two groups of patients,the patients taking omeprazole were better than the control group in terms of complications,curative effect and ulcer healing time.Conclusion:The application of omeprazole in the treatment of tuberculosis with chronic gastritis is very effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
