摘要
利用3种A型分子筛分别吸附脱除模拟柴油中的苯胺。实验结果表明:当剂油比为0.5 g/15 mL,吸附时间为40 min,吸附温度为50℃时,3种A型分子筛吸附苯胺的效果较好,其中5A型分子筛吸附效果最好。考察了焙烧和乙醇洗涤两种再生方法,结果表明3种A型分子筛采用焙烧方法时均有较好的再生性能,并且5A型分子筛再生率最高可达83.24%。
Aniline in model diesel fuel was removed by adsorption using three type A molecular sieves.The experimental results show that the adsorption effect of aniline better when the ratio of agent to oil is 0.5g/mL,the adsorption time is 40 min,and the adsorption temperature is 50℃,and the adsorption effect of 5A molecular sieve is the best.The regeneration methods of roasting and ethanol washing sorbent showed that the three type A molecular sieves had better regeneration performance by using roasting method,and the 5A molecular sieve regeneration rate is the highest 83.24%.
