摘要
现场流行病学是一门以实践为主的学科,强调在处理突发公共卫生事件时边调查边控制。而这种特殊性在传统教学中体现不足,学生由于缺乏实际经验理解不深。文章选择内蒙古医科大学预防医学专业本科生为研究对象,探讨以突发公共卫生事件为导向的案例教学法的教学效果。结果显示,案例教学与传统教学相结合的方法提高了学生对实践性突出的知识点的理解,并且提升了部分现场流行病学调查能力,取得了较好的教学效果。
Field epidemiology is a practice-oriented course, which emphasizes simultaneous investigation and control of diseases when dealing with public health emergencies. However, this particularity has not been sufficiently reflected in traditional teaching, and students fail to understand the contents completely for lack of practical experience. In this study, the authors selected undergraduate students of preventive medicine to explore the teaching effect of case-based method, which is oriented to public health emergencies. The results showed that the combination of case-based method and traditional teaching improved the students’ understanding of practical knowledge and enhanced their skills in field epidemiological investigation, and a better teaching effect was achieved.
