健康教育影响糖尿病足患者依从性的研究进展

Research progress infl uence of health education on the compliance of diabetic foot patients

糖尿病足是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,具有高发生率、高致残致死率、高治疗费用等特征。健康教育能够提升糖尿病足患者的依从性,在减少足溃疡及截肢的发生、提高患者的知识水平、改善足部自我护理行为等方面发挥重要作用。本研究对现阶段国内外评价糖尿病足患者依从性的常用工具以及提高其依从性的健康教育干预模式和方法进行综述,旨在为后续相关研究提供参考。

Diabetic foot is one of the most serious complications of diabetes,which has high incidence,high disability mortality,high treatment costs and other characteristics.Health education could improve the compliance of diabetic foot patients and play an important role in reducing the occurrence of foot ulcers and amputations,improving patients’knowledge level and improving foot self-care behavior.This study reviewed the common tools used to evaluate the compliance of diabetic foot patients at home and abroad at present,as well as the health education intervention models and methods to improve their compliance,in order to provide reference for subsequent related studies.
