水胶体敷料预防医护人员面部医疗器械致压力性损伤的Meta分析 被引量:3

Meta-analysis of hydrocolloid dressings for the prevention of facial medical device caused pressure injury in medical staff

摘要 目的系统评价医护人员使用水胶体敷料预防面部医疗器械致压力性损伤的效果。方法检索了The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFangData)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中关于水胶体敷料预防面部防护器械相关性损伤的随机对照试验(RCT),检索均从建库至2021年7月2日。筛选文献、提取资料、评价质量和偏倚风险均由2名研究者独立进行。Meta分析使用RevMan 5.3软件实现。结果400例研究对象中共有4篇文献被纳入。经Meta分析显示,与其他措施相比,水胶体敷料能有效预防面部医疗器械相关性压力性损伤(RR=0.19,95%CI:0.1~0.35,P<0.05);与泡沫敷料相比,水胶体敷料对面部皮肤不适率的影响接近(RR=0.57,95%CI:0.08~4.09,P>0.05)。结论现有证据表明,水胶体敷料有利于预防医护人员面部医疗器械相关性压力性损伤,且不增加敷料对面部皮肤不适率。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of hydrocolloid dressing on the prevention offacial medical device caused pressure injury by medical staff.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,VIP,CNKI and WanFang databases were searched and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)for Randomized Controlled Trials(RCTS)on hydrocolloid dressing for the prevention offacial protective device-related injuries from establish of database to July 22021.Literature screening,data extraction,evaluation of quality and risk of bias were carried out independently by 2 researchers.The meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results 4 literatures of 400 subjects were included.Meta-analysis showed that compared with other measures,hydrocolloid dressing could effectively prevent facial medical device-related pressure injury(RR=0.19,95%CI:0.1~0.35,P<0.05).Compared with foam dressing,hydrocolloid dressing had a similar effect on facial skin discomfort rate(RR=0.57,95%CI:0.08~4.09,P>0.05).Conclusion The existing evidence indicates that,hydrocolloid dressings could prevent the pressure injury offacial medical devices,and do not increase the rate offacial skin discomfort caused by dressings.
