数字时代老年人互联网使用的影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Internet Use among the Elderly in Digital Age

数字化和老龄化是当代社会转型与发展过程中所呈现出的重要特征,理解数字化背景下老年人的互联网行为并廓清其影响因素,对促进其适应并融入数字社会有积极意义。通过对由CGSS2017和《2017年中国互联网发展报告》组成的混合截面数据进行Logistic回归分析和稳健性检验,发现居住在城市、低龄、受教育程度越高、有互联网使用经历、认知能力越强、个人收入越高、家里有其他人上网、子女数量越少和互联网应用指数越高地区的老年人相对越有可能使用互联网。为帮助老年人能更好地共享数字红利,实现积极应对人口老龄化,未来需依赖家庭、社会和政府等多主体共同构建老年友好型互联网环境。

Digitization and aging are important features in the transformation and development of contemporary society.It is of positive significance to understand the Internet behavior of the elderly in the context of digitization and clarify its influencing factors to promote their adaptation and integration into the digital society.By Logistic regression analysis and robustness test on the mixed cross-sectional data composed of CGSS2017 and China Internet Development Report 2017,It was found that older people living in urban areas,younger age,higher education level,Internet use experience,higher cognitive ability,higher personal income,other family members with Internet access,fewer children and higher Internet use index were relatively more likely to use the Internet.In order to help the elderly better share the digital dividend and actively respond to the aging of population,it is necessary to rely on the family,society and government to jointly build an age-friendly Internet environment in the future.
