大隐静脉射频消融术后压力袜应用研究现状及进展

Research status and progress of compression stockings after radiofrequency ablation of great saphenous vein

随着腔内技术的发展,大隐静脉射频消融术逐渐成为临床治疗大隐静脉曲张的常用手段,术后下肢疼痛和皮肤瘙痒等症状严重影响患者的生活质量。压力袜能够通过梯度压力改善术后患者的下肢症状。但目前对于术后压力袜的应用尚未达成临床共识。此外,压力袜的应用不当可能会导致患者出现不适,引起不良反应,如皮肤瘙痒、挫伤、皮肤刺激、感觉异常等,从而降低患者的治疗依从性。本文结合近年来国内外的相关文献,对压力袜应用的最佳强度、最佳持续时间、压迫类型及依从性等方面进行综述,旨在为压力袜的临床应用提供参考依据。

With the development of endovascular technology,radiofrequency ablation of great saphenous vein has gradually become a common choice for the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.Postoperative complications such as lower limb pain and cutaneous pruritus greatly affect the quality of life.Compression stockings can improve postoperative symptoms of lower limb through gradient pressure.However,no clinical consensus has been reached on the application of compression stocking after surgery,and improper application of compression stockings may cause discomfort in patients,causing adverse reactions,such as cutaneous pruritus,contusion,skin irritation,paresthesia,etc.,and reducing the treatment compliance.This review discusses the optimal strength,duration,compression type and compliance of compression stockings based on current literature in order to provide reference for the clinical application of compression stockings.
