摘要
误差是测量结果的一种表现形式,可以一定程度上表征测量结果的质量,但是测量数据是否有效可靠、测量方法是否合理不能仅仅依靠误差来判定。不确定度涵盖了多个影响测量结果的因素,比如人员、环境、测量设备、测量方法等,能更准确全面地表征测量结果的质量。本文主要通过分析其测量结果的影响因素,完成对直角尺检定仪的不确定度评定,从而保证检定直角尺的数据准确可靠。
Error is a form of measurement results,which can characterize the quality of the measurement results to a certain extent.However,whether the measurement data is effective and reliable and whether the measurement method is reasonable cannot be judged solely by error.Uncertainty covers many factors that affect measurement results,such as personnel,environment,measurement equipment,measurement method,etc.,which can more accurately and comprehensively characterize the quality of measurement results.This paper mainly analyzes the influence factors of the measurement results,completes the evaluation of the uncertainty of the square verification instrument,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the verification square data.
