摘要
为了实现得到低压大电流的功率输出,设计并验证了一种带同步整流的双管DC/DC变换器。着重介绍了双管正激变换器的工作原理,对其中主要的电子元件进行参数设计,利用SG3525控制芯片制作了一台30W实验样机,结果表明变换器的动态性能良好,具有较高的效率与一定的实用价值。
This paper aims to achieve the power output of low voltage and large current,a dual DC/DC converter with synchronous rectifier is designed and verified.Emphatically introduces the working principle of two pipe is shock converter,completed the main hardware circuit design,finally using SG3525 control chip made a 30 w experimental prototype,the results show that the converter’s dynamic performance is good,has the high efficiency and practical value.
