从“试点论证”到“中国特色”:我国现代学徒制研究的回溯与展望 被引量:26

摘要 现代学徒制是我国人力资源开发的重要战略,是职业教育改革发展的突破口,沿袭了我国“先试点后推广”的改革路径。自国家提出试点以来,为社会各界所关注,也成为职业教育学术研究的重要主题之一。文章以中国知网2010—2021年收录的11,257篇现代学徒制的文献为样本,运用文献计量学方法分析样本文献的发表年代、发表期刊、研究机构、研究学者等情况,从理论探讨、实践探索和总结推广三个维度对文献进行了梳理,反思存在的问题与不足,提出未来我国现代学徒制的研究应更多的关注中国特色、经验凝练、制度创新和层次突破。 The modern apprenticeship system is an important strategy for human resources development and a breakthrough in the reform and development of vocational education in China. It follows the Chinese reform path of “first pilot and then promotion”.Since the pilot program was proposed by the state, the modern apprenticeship system has been concerned by all sectors of society and become one of the hot topics of academic research on vocational education. By using bibliometric methods, taking 11,257papers on modern apprenticeship system collected by CNKI from 2010 to 2021 as samples, this paper analyzes their publication years, published journals, research institutions and research scholars, etc., sorts out the literature from three dimensions: theoretical discussion, practical exploration, summary and promotion, then reflects on the existing problems and deficiencies. Based on this, it is proposed that the future research of China’s modern apprenticeship system should pay more attention to Chinese characteristics,concise experience, system innovation and level breakthrough.
