电梯井道内槽钢辅助固定法探析

Analysis on Auxiliary Fixing Method of Channel Steel in Elevator Shaft

文中以缺陷案例为切入点,探析电梯井道内槽钢辅助固定的工艺要求。分析膨胀螺栓固定使用要求,验算膨胀螺栓受力情况,提出槽钢的横向固定和纵向固定方式以及槽钢与导轨支架的焊接工艺,构建一个从井道壁—码托—槽钢—导轨支架—导轨较为完整的导轨支架固定系统工艺标准。

In this paper,the technical requirements of auxiliary fixing of inner channel steel in elevator shaft are analyzed based on defect cases.By analyzing the requirements of expansion bolt fixing,checking the force of expansion bolt,the transverse and longitudinal fixing methods of channel steel and the welding process of channel steel and guide rail bracket are proposed,conducting a relatively complete process standard of guide rail bracket fixing system from well wall-code support-channel steel-guide rail bracket-guide rail.
