摘要
为把小吃做成大产业,沙县小吃正努力一步一步走向规模化、产业化、标准化、国际化。文中主要对沙县区现有的小吃配套标准化食品生产企业的现状进行探讨分析并结合食品许可审查过程中发现的一些问题提出几点建议。
In order to make snacks into a big industry,Shaxian snacks are trying to step by step towards scale,industrialization,standardization and internationalization.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the current situation of shaxian district snacks supporting standardized food production enterprises and puts forward some suggestions based on some problems found in the process of food licensing review.
