海水浊度测量仪校准方法解读及不确定度评定 被引量:1

摘要 海水浊度测量仪用于测量悬浮于水或透明液体中不溶性颗粒物质所产生的光的散射程度,并能定量表征这些悬浮颗粒物质含量的仪器。文中针对《JJF 1571-2016海水浊度测量仪校准规范》进行解读,并计算不确定度。考虑到测量重复性、浊度标准溶液定值、稀释时使用的容量瓶和移液管、稀释与校准时由于温度引起的体积不一致等,最终确定海水浊度测量仪校准结果的相对扩展不确定度可达3.2%。对计量部门海水浊度测量仪的量值统一和有效溯源具有重要的意义。 A seawater turbidity meter is used to measure the scattering of light generated by insoluble particulate matter suspended in water or a transparent liquid,and it can quantitatively characterize the content of these suspended particulate matter.This paper interprets and calculates the uncertainty according to"JJF 1571-2016 Calibration Specifications for Seawater Turbidity Meters".Considering the repeatability of measurement,the value of turbidity standard solution,the volumetric flask and pipette used in dilution,and volume difference between dilution and calibration because of temperature,the relative extended uncertainty of the calibration result of the seawater turbidity meter is finally up to 3.2%.It is of great significance for the unification of the measurement result and the effective traceability of the seawater turbidity meters in the metrology department.
