摘要 针对某数据中心10 kV二级柜V-V接法的电压互感器(PT)高压熔断器频繁熔断的现象对系统稳态电能质量进行测试,同时对PT二次侧电压电流信号进行长时录波分析,现场对PT励磁特性进行测试,排除铁磁谐振及产品质量的原因。对熔断器进行解剖,结合熔断器的时间-特性曲线,初步推断PT熔断器熔断的原因是一次侧熔断器受到扰动电流频繁冲击而导致逐步受损熔断,最后对比分析熔断器规格分别为1 A和2 A的PT的监测数据,提出了现阶段将1 A的熔断器更换为2 A的解决措施,也为进一步排查故障原因提出了建议。 In order to investigate the high-voltage fuse frequent fusing of 10 kV secondary cabinet V-V connection potential transformer(PT)in internet data center,the steady-state power quality of the system is tested,and the voltage and current signals of the PT are recorded and analyzed for a long time.The excitation characteristics of the PT are tested on site to eliminate the causes of ferromagnetic resonance and product quality.The fuse was dissected.Combined with the time characteristic curve of the fuse,it is preliminarily inferred that the reason for PT fuse fusing is that the primary fuse is damaged and fused gradually due to frequent impact of disturbance current.Finally,the monitoring data of the PT with the fuse specifications of 1A and 2A are compared and analyzed,and the solution to replace the 1A fuse with 2 A at this stage is proposed.Then,the suggestions are put forward for further troubleshooting.
