摘要
精子DNA损伤程度反映了父系遗传物质的完整性,大量实验研究证明了精子DNA损伤对生殖结局存在影响。本文旨在介绍精子DNA损伤,阐明其发生的原因、起源机制、对生殖结局的影响,并从中西医两方面寻求解决精子DNA损伤的办法。
The degree of sperm DNA damage reflects the integrity of paternal genetic material, and numerous experimental studies have demonstrated the impact of sperm DNA damage on reproductive outcome. In this paper, we introduce the sperm DNA damage, elucidate its cause, origin mechanism, and its effects on reproductive outcome, In addition, we explore the ways to solve sperm DNA damage in both Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
