负压封闭引流对骨创伤创面治疗效果、并发症及预后的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探析负压封闭引流对骨创伤创面治疗的效果及对并发症、预后的影响。方法选取我院2020年2月至2021年6月收治的89例骨创伤创面患者,根据不同的治疗方式将其分为对照组44例和观察组45例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用负压封闭式引流技术治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果、并发症情况、临床指标(创面愈合时间、住院时间和换药次数)及创面植皮愈合率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于常规组,换药次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一次创面植皮愈合率高于对照组,且第二次与第三次的创面植皮愈合率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用负压封闭引流治疗骨创面创伤患者可缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,加快患者恢复速度,从而降低并发症发生风险,促使创面植皮次数得以减少,最终提高治疗总有效率。
