系统开发主要包括PLC编程设计及组态监控两个方面,通过组态软件与PLC设备的连接与通讯,在MCGS组态软件中可以实时监测到抢答器工作时的信号,实现PLC编程教学的直观化。同时,程序对抢答器设备起到控制作用,也可以起到对程序进行再次验证的作用,达到PLC编程学习的良好效果。

System development including PLC programming design and configuration monitoring development, by connecting and communication of configuration software and PLC equipment, we can monitoring the signal of responder in real time by MCGS configuration software, then we can complete the visualization of PLC programming design teaching. At the same time, by controlling the effect of the PLC program to responder equipment, it can also play a role in verifying program again, and achieving good results in PLC programming learning ultimately.
