摘要
文章针对目前应用型院校本科生导师制培养过程中师生互动意识淡薄,互动方式短缺的现状,以西安航空学院工程管理专业的学生为载体,在校方实施本科生导师制政策的背景下,基于自建网络平台“工管知识库”,提供了一种集成问答导向和知识回溯的师生在线互动方式,并构建了师生双向评价机制,从而为应用型院校本科生导师制培养模式的改革与创新提供了参考。
In view of the current situation of weak awareness of teacher-student interaction and lack of interaction methods in the training process of undergraduate tutorial system in applied colleges, this paper takes the students majoring in engineering management of Xi’an Aeronautical University as the carrier under the background of the university’s policy of undergraduate tutorial system, and provides an online interaction mode for teachers and students integrating question-and-answer orientation and knowledge retrospection based on the self-built network platform “engineering management knowledge base”, and constructs a two-way evaluation mechanism between teachers and students, thus providing a reference for the reform and innovation of undergraduate tutorial training mode in applied colleges.
