摘要
我国人口老龄化程度逐步加深,人工成本也与日俱增,制造业对智能化、柔性化的改造需求也在增加,工业机器人技术推动着整个工业经济的发展。因此,社会急需拥有工业机器人编程及调试知识背景的工程技术人员。为了给制造业提供更加专业的复合型人才,迎合企业对工业机器人应用专业人才的需求,同时结合高职院校学生的心理特点,笔者所在的高职院校工业机器人专业建立了综合化课程体系,变换教学方式,突出教学重难点,理论联系实践,提升了教学效果,增强了学生的综合实践技能。
With the gradual deepening of the aging degree of China’s population, the labor cost is also increasing day by day, and the transformation demand of the manufacturing industry for intelligence and flexibility is also increasing. Industrial robot technology promotes the development of the whole industrial economy. Therefore, the society urgently needs engineers and technicians with the background of industrial robot programming and debugging knowledge. In order to provide more professional compound talents for the manufacturing industry, meet the needs of enterprises for industrial robot application professionals, and combined with the psychological characteristics of higher vocational college students, the industrial robot major of the author’s higher vocational college has established a comprehensive curriculum system to change the teaching methods, highlight the important and difficult points of teaching, integrate theory with practice, and improve the teaching effect. It enhances students’ comprehensive practical skills.
