摘要
基于耦合矩阵设计谐振腔带通滤波器是广泛采用的技术,文章给出了滤波器的S参数及群时延与包含损耗因素的耦合矩阵之间的关系,分析了滤波器谐振腔的无载品质因数Qu值(即谐振腔的损耗因素)对滤波器S参数及群时延性能的影响,给出的一个加工的滤波器实例用于验证文章的分析。
The design of resonant cavity bandpass filter based on coupling matrix is a widely used technology.This paper gives the relationship between the S parameter of the filter,the group delay and the coupling matrix including loss factor.The influence of the unloaded quality factor Qu of the filter resonator(i.e.the loss factor of the resonator)on the S-parameter and group delay performance of the filter is analyzed.A processed filter example is given to verify the analysis in this paper.
