This paper introduces the construction of broadcast transmission and monitoring system of Sichuan Radio And Television。The system adopts a variety of transmission technical means to complete the redundant transmission of broadcast program signals on multiple different physical routes。The system monitors the transmission and broadcasting process of radio programs in an all-round way,constructs a complete radio signal monitoring system,and makes intelligent and rapid judgment,disposal and switching through the fault diagnosis expert system to ensure the safe transmission and broadcasting of radio programs。
