环境监测机构信用评价指标体系的研究与应用

Research and Application of Credit Evaluation Index System of Environmental Monitoring Institutions

2019年起,上海市生态环境局为加强对社会化服务机构的检测活动规范化管理,推进环境监测社会化服务领域信用体系建设工作,试点开展了本市环境监测社会化服务机构信用评价工作。2020年、2021年逐步更新信用评价指标体系,并不断更新上海市环境监测社会化服务监管系统(以下简称监管系统)中功能,使得被考核数据实现信息化统计。文章结合条款内容和检测机构实际情况,对信用评价指标体系的条款进行了研究。

Since 2019,in order to strengthen the standardized management of testing activities of socialized service institutions and promote the construction of credit system in the field of socialized environmental monitoring services,Shanghai Municipal Bureau of ecological environment has carried out the credit evaluation of socialized environmental monitoring service institutions on a pilot basis.In 2020 and 2021,the credit evaluation index system will be gradually updated,and the functions in Shanghai Environmental Monitoring socialized service supervision system(hereinafter referred to as the supervision system)will be continuously updated,so that the assessed data can realize information statistics.Combined with the content of terms and the actual situation of testing institutions,this paper studies the terms of credit evaluation index system.
