轧制工艺对MnCuNiFe合金组织、织构与阻尼性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将定向凝固态M2052合金采用不同的工艺轧制得到三组合金样品,对合金施加固溶+时效热处理,并采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、动态热机械分析仪和万能材料试验机研究了合金在不同轧制压下率的组织、织构、阻尼性能及力学性能。结果表明,随着轧制压下率的增大,合金的微观组织由枝晶组织向等轴晶转变,且α-Mn的析出量增多,导致阻尼性能下降。40%、60%和90%轧制压下率的合金在0.1 Hz的孪晶内耗峰分别为0.0548、0.0532、0.0333;同时,织构组成也发生明显变化,H织构严重降低合金伸长率,但P织构可以大幅提高合金力学性能。经轧制处理的合金伸长率均大于15.0%,抗拉强度均大于500 MPa。研究结果对兼具优异力学性能的高阻尼锰铜基合金的研制具有重要的指导意义。 Three kinds of alloy samples were obtained by rolling directionally solidified M2052 alloy with different processes.The alloy samples were treated with solid solution and aging heat treatment.The microstructure,texture,damping capacity and mechanical properties of the alloy at different rolling reduction rates were characterized by metallographic microscope,X-ray diffraction,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer and universal material testing machine.The results show that with the increase of rolling reduction rate,the microstructure of the alloy changes from dendrite to equiaxed crystal,and the precipitation ofα-Mn increases,resulting in the decrease of damping capacity.The twin peak internal friction of alloys with 40%,60%and 90%rolling reduction rates at 0.1 Hz are 0.0548,0.0532 and 0.0333 respectively.Meanwhile,the texture composition also changes obviously.H texture seriously reduces the elongation of the alloy,but P texture greatly improves the mechanical properties.The elongation of the alloy after rolling treatment is greater than 15.0%,and the tensile strength is higher than 500 MPa.The research results have important guiding significance for the development of high damping Mn-Cu based alloy with excellent mechanical properties.
