超声检查在男性不育疾病诊断中的价值

The value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of male infertility

目的探讨超声在男性不育疾病诊断中的价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月于江西省新余市妇幼保健院治疗的男性不育疾病患者105例。105例男性不育疾病患者均采用阴囊触诊、超声检查。比较阴囊触诊、超声检查检出的阴囊异常发生率,观察阴囊触诊、超声检查检出男性不育症的具体病因。结果超声检出阴囊异常率(48.6%)高于阴囊触诊(19.1%),超声检查在精索静脉曲张(31.4%)、射精管梗阻(14.3%)、输精管缺如中检出率(8.57%)高于阴囊触诊(13.3%、3.8%、0.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴囊触诊、超声检查在睾丸微结石症、睾丸囊肿检出率方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声可作为男性不育疾病诊断的优选方法,有利于提升阴囊异常检出率,筛查患者病因,进而为男性不育疾病的诊断提供有力的影像资料,为临床后期治疗提供参考。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of male infertility diseases.Methods A total of 105 male infertility patients who were treated at Xinyu Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.All 105 cases of male infertility patients were examined by scrotum palpation and ultrasound.Compare the incidence of scrotal abnormalities detected by scrotum palpation and ultrasonography,and observe the specific causes of male infertility detected by scrotum palpation and ultrasonography.Results The abnormality rate of the scrotum detected by ultrasound(48.6%)was higher than that by palpation of the scrotum(19.0%).The detection rate of varicocele(31.4%),ejaculatory duct obstruction(14.3%)and absent vas deferens(8.6%)were detected by ultrasound higher than scrotum palpation(13.3%,3.8%,0.9%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scrotum palpation and ultrasound examination compared the detection rates of testicular microlithiasis and testicular cysts,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound can be used as a preferred method for the diagnosis of male infertility diseases,which is beneficial to improve the detection rate of abnormal scrotum,screen the etiology of patients,and provide powerful imaging data for the diagnosis of male infertility diseases and provide reference for later clinical treatment.
