胃肠道间质瘤CT磁共振影像表现及相关病理分析

CT and MR imaging features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and related pathological analysis

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤CT、磁共振(MR)影像表现、病理特点并进行相关分析。方法回顾性分析19例经病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤患者CT、MR图像及病理学资料,结合影像学特征与病理结果对照分析。结果18例患者有完整CT资料,6例患者有完整MR资料,病灶最大径、发病部位、坏死囊变及强化程度在不同病理危险度分级间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),9例高度危险性患者中有2例病灶呈“甜甜圈”征,CD117、DOG-1和CD34指标在不同病理分级患者的表达差异经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃肠道间质瘤CT、MR影像表现有一定特征性,有助于术前病理学及预后评估,提供合理治疗及随访方案。

Objective To investigate CT,MR imaging,pathological features and analyze the correlation of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods CT and MR imaging features and pathological data of 19 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results Eighteen patients had complete CT data and 6 patients had complete MR data.There were significant differences in the maximum diameter of the lesion,the location of the lesion,the degree of necrotic cystic degeneration and enhancement among different pathological risk grades(P<0.05),2 lesions showed"doughnut"sign in 9 high-risk patients.There was no significant difference in the expression of CD117,DOG-1 and CD34 in patients with different pathological grades(P>0.05).Conclusion CT and MR imaging findings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors have certain characteristics,which are helpful to preoperative pathology and prognosis evaluation,and provide reasonable treatment and follow-up plan.
